Yellow Tail Moscato NV

Moscato is delicious. There is nothing like that light, perky fizz and natural raciness to make things feel good. Freshness is key and this Moscato has it in spades. Crushed green grapes, hints of peach and a little lift of tropical fruits to round out the soft palate but the real hero is the delicate 'frizzante' bubbles. A big win.
Where do we go to find a delightful cornucopia of lightly frizzante fruit. Muscat and the Riverina? It's a no brainer. The region is known internationally for it's exquisite Moscato wines. Abundant sunshine and bountiful soils stimulate the vines to grow luscious berries with intense expressions of crunchy white grapes and juicy, fruit driven natural sugars. [yellow tail] are the experts at this style of wine.
Fruit harvested throughout the cool of night to capture the vital, peerless characters of fully ripe Moscato grapes. The best free run juices and light pressings are used to achieve softness on the palate. Following inoculation with select aromatic yeasts and the completion of ferments, [yellow tail] is cold stabilised and cold filtered to retain luscious aromas and essential freshness. The final wine is determined and assembled, followed by the addition of a high grape juice concentrate to reduce alcohol.  Alcohol 7.5%
