Wither Hills Pinot Noir 2017

"Hand harvested grapes from Benmorven and Taylor River vineyards make up the majority of the grapes in this wine. All grapes were hand harvested and kept separate in the winemaking process to provide the best understanding of how to blend the finished wine. Each separate ferment was matured for 14 months in French oak barriques, followed by blending, fining and filtering at bottling.

This is a tasty red from Marlborough and history suggests it can age well for up to eight to nine years." - 3.5 Stars, Joelle Thomson, Wine Writer

Full dark berry, toasty spice, and subtle earthy undertones. Fantastic with smoked venison, seared tuna, Szechuan style foods, pork belly, and duck.

From the homeland in Marlborough, Benmorven and Taylor River vineyards. Hand-harvested at optimum ripeness and kept sperate throughout the winemaking process to provide individuality in every bottle.
