Villa Cardini Chianti 2018

This easy drinking Tuscan Chianti is ruby in colour and fragrant violets on the nose. It has light tannins and harmonious spicy, dry and sapid flavour. Excellent with salted pork meats, cheese, pasta dishes and a variety of red meats.

Made from 85% Sangiovese 85% with the remaining 15% other typical Tuscan varieties (Canaiolo, Malvasia del Chianti).

The must is left on the skins for 6-8 days in order to extract the deep ruby colour. Fermentation in tanks for 8-10 days at 18-20 degrees C.
