Rosé 2021 (Hawke's Bay) Delicate and refined with white flowers, red fruits, strawberries and cream, melon and pink grapefruit.

Sauvignon Blanc 2020 (Marlborough) Vivacious - a wine which expresses the full spectrum of Marlborough. From the sun-baked, ancient riverbeds of the Wairau to the cool, dry terraces of the Awatere Valley - tropical punch meets herbal intensity and varietal purity with signature Savvie sweat. A passionfruit, pineapple and grapefruit medley dressed in dried sage, blackcurrant bud and gooseberry. Pinot Gris 2021 (Marlborough) If you’re looking for an amazing Pinot Gris, you’ve come to the right place! Grapes taken from the Wairau Valley (Marlborough) are fermented in steel, before the juice spends around four months ageing on fine lees, leading to a creamy texture and toasty flavours on the finish. It’s filled to the brim with ripe Nashi pears and golden peaches and has a true sense of terroir which weaves it way through the glass. 

Chardonnay 2020 (Hawke's Bay) A Chard all about substance and complexity. The Lustrous Chardonnay showcases the myriad of flavour profiles that come from the free-draining soils of Hawke’s Bay. A blend from several vineyard sites and fermented in French Oak barriques, the result is an extremely more-ish Chardy rich in flavour and texture with the perfect balance of fresh acidity and ample structure. Pineapple and hazelnut are intertwined with sumptuous stone fruits and citrus peel. Subtle Biscuit and butterscotch flavours offset the zest and minerality – a compelling example of why Chardonnay remains the Lustrous Queen.

Pinot Noir 2020 (Marlborough) Balanced and Silky NZ Pinot Noir. The grapes were machine harvested and then allowed to cold soak, where they fermented spontaneously before spending 10 months in 25% new French oak. Think dark cherries, ripe red Doris plums, sweet liquorice as well as all the best savoury notes; dried herbs, wild mushrooms and toasty oak. The integration and balance is a stand out – we know you’ll love it!

Merlot Malbec 2020 (Hawke's Bay) Power and sophistication. Two of the more approachable and generous red varieties from Bordeaux, Merlot and Malbec are a match made in heaven - soft and juicy meets inky and robust. From the Gravels of Hawke's Bay, this blend of Merlot and Malbec delivers a matrimony of elegance and temptation. Rich, black plum and cassis aromas of Merlot are met by violets, wild berries and game from Malbec. This is an elegant wine with depth of flavour and an assertive yet warming structure. The palate is loaded with dark berry fruits, mocha and spice, while earthy and cedar undertones add a layer of savoury complexity enhanced by balanced acidity.
