Soupcon de Fruit Loire Rosé 2019

Pale pink in the glass, a lovely subtle rose perfect for a long lunch or easy dinner. Cabernet d’Anjou is a region in the Loire Valley, France, which allows for the production of rose wines from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2019 from Soupcon de Fruit is dry, with notes of strawberries, cherries as well as a hint of savoury tomato leaf. Try this one with a baked salmon and feta tart for a mid-week treat.

Ideal with desserts, and some oriental dishes, with a sweet and sour taste which goes beautifully with the sweetness of Cabernet d'Anjou. Perfect match with a strawberry tart.
