Sister's Run Bethlehem Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

This small production Cab Sauv from Sisters Run in the Barossa is indulgent and delicious, once you taste it we know you’ll be back for more. The grapes were sourced from the Bethlehem Block in the heart of the Barossa, well known for producing bright fruit with searing intensity. Its rich and complex and filled with everything from wild strawberries to sweet cassis and warming tobacco. Pour into a wide rimmed glass and let it breathe, before enjoying with rare venison or a hearty beef stew.

A big, hearty Cab Sav from Sister's Run with generous, brooding flavours of with blackberries with a touch of dark cocoa. It's a finely balanced wine between soft, integrated flavours, a touch of fresh spice and a big overall presence.

85/100, Bob Campbell MW, The Real Review "Deep red/purple colour, with a crushed-leaf, mulberry-like aroma with a note of tomato-bush. The wine is quite full in the mouth, with firm tannins and nervy acidity, leaving a little residual hardness."
