Love Chardonnay but not necessarily heavy oak? Then this is the drop for you. Unoaked French Chardy from the Pays d’Oc, it has the texture and depth of flavour you expect from this grape, but without any of the (sometimes) overpowering oaky flavours. Think ripe yellow peach, perfumed lemon and a hint of pineapple, it's easy drinking with well-balanced acid. Try the 2019 with a simple white fish in a beurre blanc, a creamy fettuccine, or even on its own, chilled only slightly to allow the flavour to shine.
88/100, Sam Kim, Wine Orbit "Youthfully charming and inviting, the bouquet shows ripe peach, rockmelon, nougat and lemon peel aromas, leading to a beautifully smooth palate that's succulent and creamy. It's rounded and supple with elegance and a lingering mellow finish. At its best: now to 2022."
