A cancelled export for fruit-loving Sauv sippers!
The nights are cool and the days are warm in Upper Moutere resulting in wines with crisp acidity, fruit intensity and varietal purity. The 2019 Sauv is abundant with flavour, rounded off with salivating acidity and one of our best value Sauvs to date!
The Nelson region could take the award of the sunniest wine growing area in New Zealand. Long hot days and cool nights allow the varietal nature of the grapes to shine, alongside showing an incredible depth of flavour on the palate. The grapes for the 2019 Sauv Blanc from Marnier were taken from a mixture of growers and the winery’s own estate vineyards. The result is a wine with more complexity than most, with a fuller body and great acidity. Try this one on its own, or with food and enjoy into 2022.
