A blend of Syrah and Grenache and Mourvedre, the colour is intense ruby red, clear and brilliant. With dark red fruit, strawberries, current and on the nose, it's rounded out in the middle with subtle vanilla and spice. So well balanced you can call it easy drinking and serious, this wine will flow right along with the conversation, wherever that turns.

Its grown in the Southern Cotes du Rhone between Montelimar and Avignon where the soils are a combination of chalky clay and pebbles.

The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness, de-stemmed, crushed and fermented for 6-12 days at a controlled temperature around 30 degrees C.

Perfect with grilled meats and most mediterranean dishes.
