Big Pigeon Pilsner Big Pigeon Pilsner is a bright, tasty NZ pilsner with bold Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hop flavours, balanced just right with malt sweetness and a bright, clean finish. 5% abv.
Long Beak Hoppy Lager A crisp and refreshing lager beer made with German Mandarina Bavaria hops. This beer has gentle malt sweetness and a mild citrus hop bitterness with notes of tangerine. Delicious and refreshing! 4.4% abv.
Hop To It Pacific Pale Ale With hops from around the Pacific Rim: Rakau from New Zealand, Tahoma from the USA, and Sorachi Ace from Japan. Three unique hops give this beer a soft citrus hop finish. 5.6% abv.
Coconut Porter A lovely dark porter, rich with roast-malt character and intense chewy flavours of bitter chocolate, freshly toasted coconut, burnt toffee, and mellow maltiness. Serve cool but not chilled in a glass for the ideal taste experience. 4.5% abv.
Feijoa Weisse This multiple Gold-Medal and Trophy winner is kettle-soured with pilsner malt and wheat to produce a clean and tart finish from naturally produced lactic acid. Heaps of feijoa puree are added to create layers of fruit to balance this moderate-strength ale. Perfect for summer and great to cook with, too. We drink it as a substitute for NZ Sav Blanc! 3.8% abv.
Manuka Sahti A ‘sahti’ is a Finnish-style, tree-flavoured farm ale, traditionally made with juniper boughs. This is a New Zealand version of a sahti, made using mānuka leaf added at the boil. The flavours are subtle, refreshing and satisfying. Floral notes of orange blossom come from the mānuka, and a juicy mouth-feel from the use of rye malt. The clean finish makes this a great beer to serve with rich and savoury dishes. The bug on the label is New Zealand’s Mānuka Chafer Beetle, commonly found on mānuka trees.
