The 2014 vintage is a complex, interesting wine with lovely hints of plum and rhubarb and slightly sherberty sweetness on the nose. The palate is lush and round with hints of poached pears and cinnamon. Serve slightly chilled to experience the splendour of this Glacier Wine.

The grapes for the 2014 Glacier Syrah are picked, at the absolute height of sweetness, and are partially fermented before the wine is aged in French oak. Think rich, ripe cherries with raspberry compote, cinnamon, and vanilla. Serve with dark chocolate or simply chilled in front of a roaring fire."
