A beautiful deep crimson red colour with purple reflections complimented with an expressive bouquet of mature red fruit peppery vanilla, wild thyme and blackberry. An elegant, ample and crisp palate that is smoothly balanced by mature tannins.
Grown on a clay-limestone plateau and produced in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon region at Servian between Beziers and the medieval city of Pezenas.
Cellar for up to 5 to 6 years to achieve a great evolution of the aromatic character.
