Copper Cave Premium Organic Rum 500ml

Red fruits, tobacco, woody, earthy, sherry tones with a spicy warm finish. Serve traditionally, neat, or as a Daiquiri or with Coconut water.

Premium Organic Rum made from mollases collected from Organic Cane and then rested in Sherry Casks for 3 years. Crafted at a 150-year-old Spanish Distillery and bottled here in NZ. Aged in Southern Spain Sherry Casks, this craft rum carries complex aromatic flavours, with a long lasting spicy warm finish. 

Apple Cave Pour fresh lemon juice over ice with 1/4 Copper Cave Rum, 3/4 Apple Cider and 1/4 soda.

Rum Garita 2/3 Copper Cave Rum, 1/3 Malibu and a splash of triple sec. Add pineapple juice and fresh lime and blend until smooth.

Apple Cave Pour fresh lemon juice over ice and add 1/4 Copper Cave Rum, 3/4 Apple Cider and 1/4 soda.
