Chateau Vieux Laroque 2016

2016 was a unique vintage in Bordeaux, a mixture of drought and heat, both of which calmed down during harvest allowing the grapes to be picked without issues. This Chateau Vieux Laroque is a winner on any dinner table.

A shiny dark ruby colour, the nose is fruity with ripe red fruits scents and a spicy and vanilla touch. The attack is intense and complex with plum aromas and vanilla notes. On the palate it is well balanced with round tannins.
