Originally built by a battalion commander, the historic Château Roc de Minvielle was seized during the French Revolution and resold as a national property to the Gadras family, who have lovingly maintained it ever since. The current owner, Pierre Gadras, takes great care of his precious vines, thinning leaves to ensure the grapes get maximum sunshine, and pruning back for extra concentration.
