Chateau Les Sablonnets 2016

On the nose, this Merlot predominant Bordeaux blend displays fruity aromatics with a touch of vanilla. The palate is well balanced with dark red berries, toasty characters and soft supple tannins.

Château Les Sablonnets is a family estate. Property of the Chassaing family for three generations, the Château is currently managed by Christophe Chassaing. The vineyard covers 31 hectares situated in the hills. This geographical situation allows a good sunshine exposure. Christopher is also an apiculturist.
