The Chateau les Renauds Le Duo is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle, all three of the white grapes allowed to be used in white Bordeaux wines. Top notes are very much Sauv, with lemon and lime dancing on the palate. There are also hints of stone fruit and a backbone of floral notes from the Muscadelle. It's fruit forward, fresh and made to be drunk young.
The mouth is fresh and subtle, and will accompany really well all your appetizers. It will be well appreciated with seafood, such as oysters, shrimp or crab. It will enhance grilled fish.
