A 100% Nebbiolo ready to drink young?
Not usually, but in this case YES! A wine made to be drunk young its light and delicate but still with that distinctive Nebbiolo charm. The wine was aged for 6 months in steel before being bottled and released. It’s completely dry with notes of rose and both red and black fruit and is a great match to any grilled meats and hard cheeses. Decant if you wish, but we suggest pouring straight into the glass and letting the aromas wash over you.
100% Nebbiolo grapes

They’re then taken to the winery when they are fermented in steel at low temperatures which is essential in maintaining those fruit flavours typical of Pinot Gris. Pear, citrus, honeydew melon and a core of zingy citrus make this one a crowd pleaser, especially when served with fresh seafood or chicken. Alcohol: 13.5% Read More
