The Saint-Émilion vineyard is a region close to the famous town of the same name, a UNESCO world heritage site, located on the right bank of Bordeaux. Saint-Émilion is an important Bordeaux appellation, producing some of the world’s most famous wines. The town of Saint-Émilion is as famous for its wines as it is for its architectural heritage. Vinification: This wine is made traditionally in stainless steel vats. The process is very long and lasts between 2 and 3 weeks. Once the vinification is finished, the wine is aged and de-vatted every 3 months.

Grapes: 95% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc.
Cellar: Cellar potential is 7 to 15 years
