A vibrant cherry red colour with a fresh and youthful hue. On the nose, aromas of plum and cherry dominate, balanced by a hint of cedar from gently oak handling. This wine is at the end of its term and this is reflected in the price but it is a decent quaffer all the same. Quite a fuitful style made for the Asian palate, soft and smooth. Enjoy a glass of this over summer and a BBQ being cooked in the background you. [intro]"A vibrant cherry red colour with a fresh and youthful hue. On the nose, aromas of plum and... Read More

The colour is pale. The bouquet has intense white currant, floral, herbal and passion fruit aromas. In the mouth the wine has good weight and texture with fine acidity. The finish is juicy with good weight, leading to a dry persistent clean finish. This is a PET (plastic) Bottle made exclusively for the Mission Concerts, so perfect for picnics and events. This Barrel Fermented Sauvignon displays touches of lanolin, earthiness and oak spice on the nose with underlying gravel and bees wax. Quite big oak and yeast lees influence on the wine, along with spice, noted minerailty, bees wax, a touch of wild honey, english gooseberry and citrus. This represents incredible value for money...
